Opening Times

Our Lounge, Bar & Terrace menu is available everyday from 12pm to 9pm.

Our Lunch Set menu is available everyday from 12pm to 2.30pm.

Our Afternoon Menu is available everyday: Mondays to Saturdays 1pm until 4.30pm, Sundays from 2.30pm to 5pm.

Our TDH Menu is available everyday from 6pm to 9pm, and Saturdays lunchtime from 12pm to 2.30pm.

Fabulous 2 nights beautiful hotel Booked 2 nights at the Manor my word what a fantastic hotel situated in beautiful grounds even has its own large lake with sitting platform, grounds lush extremely well maintained. We had garden room with very spacious bathroom, large bath and water nice and hot unlike most places I visit. Rooms are beautifully maintained and complimentary water and refreshments was very much appreciated. Family 2 nights break so we decided after completing family duties to eat dinner at the wonderful spacious bright elegant restaurant, dinner was amazing I had beetroot starter and my partner pork belly both of us really enjoyed our starters, mains were delight I had duck and my partner lamb totally delicious and nice portions so much that we couldn’t manage a desert! bottle rose was lovely too. Very reasonably priced and will certainly rebook the hotel and restaurant when revisiting the area even though the restaurant was full the service we received wasn’t compromised. Staff were all very attentive, smiled and went out of there way to make sure everything was fine. Breakfast was absolutely delicious had full english very well cooked lots selection of meats and cheeses and usual cereals loved small smoothies too well done St Albans Manor will be back! 10/10 for kitchen staff.

A great place to stay. We stay here every time we visit St Albans. A great hotel, very welcoming, helpful staff, rooms are very comfortable, spotless and well equipped. The breakfast menu is certainly one of the best that I have been given in a hotel. We have eaten in the restaurant, and in the bar, on previous visits and food is always of a high standard. The grounds are lovely, and very well kept. The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the cathedral, Verulamium and the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel Amazing hotel with beautiful grounds and super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here four days and I cant wait come back! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, served in the restaurant with lake view. We also had dinner in the Cedar Suite, everything beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

A relaxing and comfortable place to stay. This character property offers a really comfortable place to stay. We were there for a few nights and were very happy we chose it. Be aware that the rooms are being refurbed so you might want to try and be allocated one of those when you book. The staff at the hotel are an absolute delight being smiley , friendly and professional. We also had lunch there one day which we thought was excellent. The chef used super produce, beautifully presented and it was very tasty. Overall a great choice to stay in St Albans.

Exceptional family weekend We celebrated my mother’s 75th birthday with about 50 guests. Excellent friendly staff run by manager Roberto helped to achieve a truly memorable enjoyable event. The head chef created a truly delicious Indian menu and Balu set about ensuring the evening ran smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Family wedding venue. Lovely hotel, Staff really helpful and attentive, All interaction with the staff was friendly and positive, Particularly girl on reception with glasses black guy who helped my wife with the suitcases, And lastly the good looking barman with the goaty / beard who's mom was the photographer, Excellent location ample car parking, Well kept beer, Individual rooms ensuite, Some of which have been redecorated, The room we stayed in Maple was tired but completely comfortable with all we needed, We requested a room with a bath and this is what we got, With an excellent shower as well.. This is a listed building so no lift's, Couldn't fault the hotel.
