
Join us for a relaxed and refined evening celebrating whisky, food and heritage at St Michael’s Manor Hotel.
In honour of Burns Night, The Macallan’s 200-year anniversary, and our 10th year under the Gunputh family, we’re hosting our very first whisky tasting evening in collaboration with The Macallan.
Set within our historic manor overlooking the lake, the evening will be guided by The Macallan Brand Ambassador, who will lead guests through a curated tasting of six single malt whiskies. Each whisky will be served individually and paired with chef-crafted bowl food, designed by Head Chef Nitin to complement and enhance the flavours of each expression.
This is a relaxed, flowing tasting experience rather than a formal dinner — perfect for whisky lovers and those curious to explore how food and whisky work together.
